In the first semester of your studies, you will lay the foundations for your future success: you will attend classes on the impact environmental factors have on the wind industry, on technical maths and technical writing in English. The second semester of your studies will focus almost entirely on wind turbines, from aerodynamics to rotor structures. You will also broaden your engineering expertise further. In the third semester, you will choose one of four majors: Mechanical Engineering - dynamics, materials and rotor blades Electrical Engineering - electrical machines and system integration Structural Engineering - tower and structure design Project Development - wind farm planning and project development Something that all majors share is a project in which you will design a wind turbine together with other students. In the fourth semester, you will focus on your Master’s thesis.
