When you choose a university from our partner network, our services are completely free for you. Partner universities pay us a referral commission, which covers our counseling, documentation, and support work. This doesn't mean we only recommend partners; you choose, we support.
Want to apply to a university outside our partner network? No problem: a transparent service fee applies, discussed upfront with no surprises, since we don't receive a commission in that case. Your career choice remains uncompromised.
Traditional agents push partner universities because that's their only revenue. This model lets you apply anywhere without changing what it costs us to support you.
We're honest about what we can and cannot influence. This protects you from false promises.
We won't make claims we can't verify. Here's what we can realistically say: a high visa approval rate for qualified profiles with complete documentation, and a strong university offer rate for students applying to profile-matched universities.
Not every case succeeds. Some visas get rejected, some students don't get into their first choice. We sometimes advise students not to study abroad when it isn't the right fit for their profile or goals, and we don't track long-term employment outcomes post-graduation since career success depends on many factors beyond our control.
Note: “success” is defined as securing at least one offer letter from a profile-appropriate university.
Your documents contain sensitive personal information. Here's exactly how we protect them.
All documents are encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.
Only your assigned counselor and authorized admin staff can access your documents.
Documents are retained for the service duration plus 3 years for compliance, then securely deleted.
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. Period.
Documents collected include passport/identification, academic transcripts and certificates, financial documents (for visa/loan purposes), test scores, statements of purpose and recommendation letters, and communication records. You can request access to or a copy of everything we hold about you, request deletion after service completion (subject to legal retention), and if you withdraw, your documents are deleted within 90 days.
