We started on the ground, working closely with students to understand their real challenges rather than assumptions. We discovered that many students wanted to improve their communication skills but felt training costs were a burden on their families. English often wasn't their first language, yet they were expected to perform at a global level. The problem wasn't capability. The problem was access.
We made a decision: if cost is stopping students, we remove the cost. We introduced 100% free English proficiency training (IELTS / PTE / DET / TOEFL) and expanded opportunities across partnered and non-partnered universities. Thousands of students improved, confidence levels increased, and more students successfully moved abroad. Students started referring friends, family, and peers, not because we asked, but because they believed.
Students shared another concern: exam fees were still a burden for many families. So support shouldn't stop halfway: 100% free English training for all GCQ360 students, plus English exam fees covered for partnered-university students. Last year, one student referred 15+ other students with no rewards or benefits on offer, just belief in what we do. That's what led to Refer & Earn: not a marketing campaign, but a recognition system for real contribution.
