• Proof of Tuition Fees PaidIreland requires fees to be paid by electronic transfer before the visa is granted -- in full if under EUR 6,000, otherwise at least EUR 6,000.
• Private Medical InsuranceNon-EEA students are not covered by the Irish public health system, and this is checked again at registration.
• Signed Letter of ApplicationIreland asks for a personal statement covering your purpose, funding, family ties and your undertaking to obey the visa conditions.
• Police Clearance CertificateA character check required by the New Delhi visa office rather than by Irish immigration generally.
